We're currently looking for people with the right DNA to become our newest Technical Support Specialists.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with and repairing computers. Our Tech Support Specialists provide end user support on all PC software and hardware related issues.
- A background in technology, including experience with Windows, MS Office, hardware support and basic networking.
- Handle problem recognition, research, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff.
- A confident disposition. You may not always have the answers, but everyone thinks you do.
- Cool personality. We don't need any more robots, we need human beings who can empathize with a customer and help them understand we are working to resolve their issues.
- Must write and speak English as communication will be directly with U.S. customers and personnel.
